Healthy inspiration

Im heavier then I started my last diet with. Freaking out . Half day of school so in working out for 4 hours at home. 11 days and 18 pounds to go. I’m going to make this happen. I feel disgusted with myself.

Day one- pretty easy no dance and lost 2 lbs Day two- hard as fuck hip hop for 2 hours but lost 3 lbs

I’m starting this tomorrow and I’ll keep you posted on how it goes it’s by sutton alternative (google it) and its called the reset program. It lets you loose 20+ pounds in 26 days. You take herbal drops and you eat a very restricted diet. I did it last may and lost 18! Hoping on loosing at least 20 this time. Please check it out :)
